First choice for camping beginners, Turbo tents are American-style tents that are very sturdy but require just 30 seconds to set up.

With the outbreak of Covid, camping has enjoyed a resurgence around the world. Outdoor camping allows people to reduce their contact with strangers while enjoying a healing connection with nature. Tents, outdoor products and related industries have reaped the benefits of this renewed interest. To design a tent that stands out and allows quick set up by a novice, Turbo Tent pioneered the patented molded “Quick Tent” design. The world class Turbo Tent, which rivals major European and American brands, is built by a Taiwanese team with decades of professional tent research and development experience.

“The biggest difference between us and other competitors is that we sell and produce our products from raw materials to finished product,” says Frank, Operations Director. Turbo Tent's modular design not only speeds up production but allows any problem with the product to be resolved quickly. Tents can be returned to the original factory for repair, with almost no exception. The raw material resources used to build Turbo Tent and the solid foundation of research and development come from Nengchang Industrial, its parent company. Nenchang is a tent OEM for major international brands, with nearly 50 years of experience. It is known for its professional technology and good quality.

 

“Taiwan's textile industry is very mature. Many different types of functional materials are produced every year which are used in new products of international brands like Nike and adidas.” Frank explained that Turbo Tent has the advantage of one-stop production and sales; new types of functional materials can be adopted to enable more innovation and add value to products.

 

A good product is not enough if you don't understand the needs of your customers. “Knowing your customers is the real reason companies survive long-term,” explains Frank. Customer dialogue, sales information and customer experience are essential to this process. With EVOX's multilocation management function, Turbo Tent can easily and quickly set up a telephone system for a new retail site. Since no hardware equipment is needed, the new sales site can be instantly connected to the PBX of the headquarters. “Sometimes our customers do not identify themselves when they call and ask if the product has arrived.” Turbo Tent wanted a smarter method that could identify customers when they entered the queue and pull up their previous chat history on the LINE app. They were able to use EVOX's cloud integration technology ECLIK (EVOX Client Integration Kit) with Super 8 to provide this functionality.

Turbo Tent used ECLIK to integrate EVOX with Super 8, their social marketing platform. Now, when a call comes in, the Super 8 management screen displays the customer's previous chat history on LINE. Integrated text and picture information allows customer service personnel to immediately understand the customer's preferences and needs. Even rookie personnel can provide professional customer service
